KARACHI, June 13: President Pervez Musharraf has directed the Sindh administration to concentrate on good governance in the province. This was stated by Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan , while talking to journalists at a ceremony held to induct two ministers into the provincial cabinet, at the Governor House on Saturday night.

The governor accompanied by Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim, had met President in Rawalpindi on Friday. When asked as to what directives the president had given, Ibad said President Musharraf's focus had always been on good governance, and he gave directives to the provincial administration in that respect.

He stated that the president also emphasised on paying attention towards better performance, and working for the betterment and development of the province and its people. -APP
