ISLAMABAD, May 23: Pakistan squash coach Jamshed Gul on Sunday denied having differences with Rehmat Khan who trains the junior string. "I have no problems with Rehmat and both of us are working side by side in harmony preparing for the forthcoming tournaments," said Jamshed who took over the Pakistan job only recently.

There had been reports that Jamshed and Rehmat under whom Pakistan won the World Junior Championship in 2002 were not on the same wavelength. Jamshed dismissed such reports as untrue and said that if he had any rift with Rehmat, he would not have offered to help out the juniors, who are preparing for this August's World Junior Championship to be held in Islamabad.

"I want to extend as much help to the juniors as I can, and I will be available to do that after the Asian Senior Championship." Rehmat was not available for comment.

Jamshed, who has returned to Pakistan after a coaching stint in Malaysia, is currently training the men's as well as the women's squads for next month's championship in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur.

The Pakistani squash girls will be taking part in an international event abroad for the first time ever and Jamshed hopes their outing will greatly help them in the future. "Such an exposure will certainly benefit them because without competing in international tournaments, you are not going to get anywhere."
