PPP office-bearers resign

QUETTA, May 23: The city president and other office-bearers of Pakistan People's Party have resigned from their offices.

The office-bearers, in a joint statement issued on Sunday, said: "We are resigning from party's offices due to unavoidable reasons." But said that they would continue to work as ordinary workers for the party.

Those who resigned are: Rozi Khan Kakar, Haji Raja Shamsher Ali, Kashif Ilyas, Haji Mohammad Ismail Abbasi, Abdul Samad, Mir Sadiq Mengal, Mohammad Hashim Khan, Qari Akhtar Shah Khral, Malik Rozi Khan Tarkai and Mohammad Rafiq Kakar.
