LAHORE, April 5: The Punjab University has notified that the MBBS first professional supplementary examination 2003 will begin on April 27.

A notification issued on April 1 had inadvertently mentioned that the MBBS first professional annual examination 2003 will begin on April 27.

AMBASSADOR: Eritrean Ambassador Abdu Mohamed Heggi called on Punjab University vice-chancellor Arshad Mahmood on Monday. The VC briefed the ambassador on the academic and research activities of the university. He said the university had started regular PhD programmes in 33 disciplines to promote research activities.

He also said the PU had updated the curricula of all disciplines on modern lines. Ambassador Heggi expressed the desire to initiate collaboration between the Eritrean universities and the PU.
