Pakistan-India match today

RAWALPINDI, March 22: Pakistan and India will clash in the first match of the SAF Polo Challenge, 2004, here at Rawalpindi Polo Club on Tuesday. The match is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m.

The two teams will also play at the same venue on Friday and Saturday in the three-match first leg of the series. The second leg of the same number of matches will be played in New Delhi, probably in July-August.

The polo series is being arranged as part of build-up activities for the forthcoming 9th SAF Games in the Pakistan capital.

India: Lt. Ravi Rathore, Bashir Ali, Uday Kalaan (capt.), Bhawani Kalvi, Vishal Singh, Capt. G.S. Pandher.

Pakistan: Shah Qublai Alam, Shamyl Alam, Umer Minhas, Ahmed Nawaz Tiwana, Samiullah, Ahmed Ali Tiwana. -APP
