ISLAMABAD, March 11: Minister of State for Law, Justice and Human Rights Raza Hayat Hiraj has said Pakistan in collaboration with the international community will fight the menace of women trafficking, and secure better future for women in the country.

He was speaking as chief guest at a seminar on "Women in illegal trade", organized by the ministry of law as part of its human rights mass awareness and education project on Thursday.

The campaign aimed at educating and sensitizing people on human rights issues in connection with the International Women's Day. "A huge network and mafia is involved in the sale and trade of women leading to their social, cultural and sexual abuse," the minister said.
