Reopening of Khokhrapar border urged

HYDERABAD, Feb 25: The Pak-India People's Forum for Peace and Democracy, Sindh chapter, at a meeting held here on Tuesday demanded that the government should reopen the Khokhrapar route to provide cheap travelling facilities to the people who wanted to visit the two countries.

The president of the provincial chapter, Mir Sikandar Ali Talpur presided over the meeting while the central general secretary of the forum, Anees Haroon attended the meeting on special invitation. It was resolved that the convention of the Sindh chapter of the forum would be held in April 2004.

SPSC: The controller of examinations Sindh Public Service Commission announced on Wednesday that interviews for the post of staff nurses would be held from March 3-6 at Karachi, from March 9-11 and March 19-20 at Hyderabad and March 16 at Sukkur centre.
