Two die as bus rolls into canal

VEHARI, Oct 26: Two persons were killed while 13 others sustained injuries in an accident on the Luddan-Burewala Road on Friday.

As per details, a bus (FDE-3276) on its way to Burewala from Faisalabad rolled into Luddan B-link canal while trying to save motorcyclists.

Passengers Nawab Din and Khadim Husain died instantly while 13 others sustained minor injuries. They were discharged from the local rural health centre after providing first aid.

Bus driver Muhammad Hanif managed to escape.
