KARACHI: MBBS exams schedule

KARACHI, Feb 13: The examinations department of the Karachi University has announced the schedule of the First and Second Professional, MBBS, annual examinations-2004.

According to the schedule of First Prof MBBS (Part-B) annual examinations, 2004, the Anatomy-II examination will be held on Feb 21, Physiology-II on Feb 23, and of Biochemistry-II will be held on Feb 25.

Examination centre for about 188 male candidates of the Dow, Sindh and Jinnah medical colleges and KMDC, will be established at the KU Mass Communications department, while the centre for 237 female candidates of DMC will be at Department of Library and Information Science, KU, and the centre for 239 other female candidates of SMC, Jinnah Medical College and KMDC will be established at the Department of Social Work, KU.

As per schedule of the Second Prof MBBS annual examinations, Pharmacology examination will be held on Feb 18, Forensic Science on Feb 26 and that of General Pathology, Microbiology and Parasitology (new course) will be held on Feb 24.

Examination centre for 252 candidates of DMC, SMC, JMC, KMDC and Baqai Medical College will be established at the Mass Communication department, KU, for 270 female candidates of DMC at the department of library and information science and for 293 female candidates of SMC, JMC and KMDC at department of Social Work, KU. -PPI
