KARACHI, Jan 22: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company has announced that the company provides value-added services, including CLI, to its customers as per existing tariff but due to some technical reasons , charges of CLI and other value-added services could not be billed in time in the monthly telephone bills of some of the customers, says a press release.

It adds that in Jan 2004 billing charges outstanding against the customers have been billed through "Other charges" which has also been highlighted in the bills. "Due to billing of arrears some of the customers are facing difficulties in paying their dues lump sum.

The company has requested these customers to approach accounts officers or general manager offices for payment of their bills in instalments. In this regard special arrangements have been made in the EOBI House (old Awami Markaz) for instalments and complete information about activation of value-added services," it says.
