PESHAWAR, Oct 26: Peshawar University Vice-Chancellor Dr Zulfiqar Hussain Gillani said on Friday that true education always inculcates patience, tolerance, unity  and respect for humanity in the  students.

Speaking as the chief guest at the 47th gold medal awarding ceremony at the University Model School, he stressed upon the teachers to teach the children with devotion to make them good citizens, morally and physically.

School principal Taressa Parveen welcomed the guests and apprised them of the educational activities of the institution.

Later, the chief guest awarded gold medals and certificates to the  position holders of matriculation examination of the Peshawar Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

He congratulated the students on excelling in their studies.
