Islamabad airport to stay closed

KARACHI, Dec 31: The Islamabad airport will remain closed on Saturday, between 6am to 11pm for normal flights, to facilitate the arrival of VVIP flights in connection with the Saarc Summit.

The airport will again remain closed on Sunday, between 2am to 10am, an official announcement here on Wednesday said.

Keeping in view the closure of Islamabad airport, PIA has readjusted all schedule flights operating to and from Islamabad during the specified timings. -APP
