BADIN, Aug 30: A PML (Q) candidate, Syed Ali Bux Shah alias Papoo Shah, of Vanai Sharif, suffered a setback when his nomination papers for PS-57 (Tando Bago), were rejected by the Returning Officer of Tando Bago on Friday, as the educational certificate submitted by him was not treated as equal to the graduation degree.

The scrutiny of the nomination papers of Papoo Shah and his rival candidate, Haji Abdul Karim Bhurgari, was held two days back, where the nomination papers of Mir Bhurgari were accepted, while the objections against the degree certificate produced by Syed Ali Bux Shah were put off till Friday.
