Health of Sohrab Faqeer improving

KHAIRPUR, Feb 20: Health of renowned Sufi singer Sohrab Faqeer is fast improving and he will be discharged from the hospital in a week.

His son Faqeer Rajab Ali told Dawn on Friday that the condition of Sohrab Faqeer had improved.

He said that Sindh culture department officials gave Rs100,000 for treatment of Sohrab Faqeer on Thursday night which was announced by the Sindh chief minister during annual Urs celebrations of Sufi saint Sachal Sarmast in Daraza last year.
