HYDERABAD, May 15: The executive engineer, Naseer division, has announced a water rotation programme.

According to the programme, the Palejani minor, Shahpur minor, Tajpur minor, Shah Latif minor, Kunar-I distributary and Ghotano-I of Rohri Canal system will remain open from May 16 to May 24.

The Tando Soomro distributary-I, Tando Soomro distributary-II, Nagna distributary, Beejar minor, Chang minor, Pir Sakhi-I and II and Ameerlo minor of Naseer Branch system will remain open from May 16 to 24.

ARRESTED: The Hyderabad Region police in a crackdown on criminals have arrested 14 accused and recovered three pistols, five rounds and three cartridges from their possession during the last 24 hours ending on Wednesday evening.
