Missing man found murdered

ATTOCK, Jan 12: A missing young man was found murdered near Tanazah dam in the jurisdiction of Fatehjang police station, police said on Monday.

According to the police, Muhammad Iqbal had reported to police station that his brother Jhangir Khan had been missing from the house for the last two days.

Iqbal said there were marks of wounds on the body and claimed that his brother had been killed by some unknown persons somewhere else but threw the body near the dam.

The police have registered a murder case against the unidentified persons and started investigation.

HOUSE LOOTED: Some unknown thieves took away Rs180,000, golden ornaments, mobile phones and other valuables from a house located near to the Collage Chowk Fatehjang.

In another incident, four unknown robbers snatched Rs150,00 and jewelry from Naeem Chaudhry when he was standing near Ghaghan village..—Correspondent
