KHAIRPUR, Oct 25: A youth identified as Israr Ali son of Anwar Ali Haleem resident of village Ghulam Muhammad Haleem of taluka Sobhodero died here on Thursday in Gambat Civil Hospital.
He had taken poison to commit suicide and was hospitalised on Tuesday.
FIRE: A house of a blind man, Ghulam Shabbir Soomro, caught fire here on Wednesday night in village Topano of taluka Nara. All the home valuables including clothes, grain and gold ornaments were reduced to ashes.
VILLAGER KILLED: A villager identified as Atta Muhammad Ghumaro, 30, was murdered by some unknown armed men on Thursday evening in village Miandad Bandi taluka Sobhodero.
Armed men sneaked into the house of deceased and opened fire on him. The motive behind murder is said to be an old enmity.
