KARACHI, Dec 14: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Sunday announced the setting up of a judicial commission in light of the decision of the recent all-parties conference.

The commission, to be headed by Justice (retd) Ali Mohammad Baloch, would investigate the riots that broke out in different parts of the city on Nov 29, which spread to a large part of the metropolis during the two days that followed.

According to media coordinator of the chief minister, Syed Waqar Mehdi, the terms of reference of the commission would be announced by tomorrow, while the commission would submit its report within a month.
