KARACHI, May 10: leaders of various factions of the Pakistan Muslim League met at the Kingri House on Friday.

The leaders were: Pir Sahib Pagara, Mian Mohammad Azhar, Hamid Nasir Chattha and Gohar Ayub Khan. They stressed the need for doing away with factionalism and agreed to unify the Pakistan Muslim League.

The leaders constituted a reconciliation committee to work out modalities for the unification. The committee will comprise Gohar Ayub Khan (Convener), Rana Ashraf and Sardar Asif Ahmed Ali. The committee was tasked to work for further enlargement of the united PML, bringing other factions and splinter groups into its fold.—APP
