ICAP on IFAC board

KARACHI, Nov 14: President Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) Asad Ali Shah has been appointed as member Board of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) for the term 2008- 2011. A press release issued on Friday said this was the first time that Pakistan will be on the board of this global body representing 122 countries.

The IFAC is a global organisation for the accountancy profession with commitment to protect public interest by developing high quality international standards. —APP
