KARACHI, Nov 12: The board of directors of Orascom Telecom has appointed Rashid Khan as president and CEO of Mobilink (effective from December 1, 2008) in place of Zouhair Khaliq who has been appointed as CEO of Oracop, a fully controlled subsidiary of Orascom Telecom Holding and banking arm of the group, says a press release.
