PLF resumes tomorrow

KARACHI, Nov 6: Sport 360’s KASB Premier League Football (PLF) completed its ninth round this week to take a four-day break before the commencement of its 10th round at the City District Government Karachi (CDGK) Stadium on Saturday (Nov 8).

After the completion of 71 matches, Sharafi Mohammadan heads the points table with 21 points, followed by Ghani XI (20), Hyderi Baloch (18) and Nazimabad FC (17).

Of the 242 goals scored in the event so far, league leaders Sharafi have the most with 29.

Five hat-tricks and one double hat-trick were scored as well. Eleven out of 16 penalty kicks could be converted and two own goals were scored.

With one hat-trick, one double hat-trick and the several other goals that he scored, Sharafi Mohammadan’s striker Abdul Haleem is the highest goal scorer of the event with 13 goals.

Meanwhile, 141 players have been shown yellow cards, while 21 were shown double yellow cards. Five got red cards.
