40 bonded Labourers freed

HYDERABAD, Nov 5: Additional District Judge-III here on Wednesday ordered release of 40 kiln workers, who were produced before the court by Hatri police in response to an earlier court order.

The order for their recovery was passed by the court on an application filed by Sonhu Kolhi, under sections 22-A and 22-B Cr.PC.

The applicant said that four of his relatives and family members were being held in wrong confinement at the kiln of Hazar Khan Pathan and they were movements had been restricted.

Hatri police raided the place on Tuesday night and recovered 40 detainees. They were produced before the court which set them free.
