GUJRAT, May 10: A man and a girl were killed and three other minor students sustained serious injuries in an accident near Samrala intersection in the limits of Kakrali police station.

A car (JMB-5399) carrying four minor students was on its way to a school from Sidwal when it collided head-on with a truck (SAA-8752). Car driver Zulfiqar Ahmad and Zoya (7) died instantly while her two brothers Hamayyun and Umair and sister Zubairia suffered wounds. They were rushed to the local DHQ Hospital where the condition of two of them was described as critical.

As is now no case has been registered against the truck driver.

INJURED: Two youths were injured critically when their motorcycle they were riding on met an accident on the GT Road near Eidgah here on Friday.
