Suspect escapes with handcuffs

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Oct 31: A theft case suspect escaped with handcuffs from the Khan Wahan police station on Friday afternoon.

Nadir Ali Khushk, resident of Saeed Khushk village, was arrested on Thursday night on charges of theft and lodged at the police station with handcuffs.

On Friday afternoon, he managed to escape from the police station. He went through the Khan Wahan bazaar and was seen by the people with handcuffs.

When contacted, Khan Wahan SHO Ghulam Mujtaba Almani denied that the suspect had escaped and said that the police had released Nadir Ali as he was found not involved in any crime.
