Fire erupts in private hospital

ISLAMABAD, Oct 30: Fire broke out in the cafeteria of Shifa International Hospital here on Thursday, causing damage to valuables and property.

The fire erupted in the cafeteria, located on the second floor of the hospital and spread quickly on the ceiling.

Shortly after receiving the information two vehicles of the city fire brigade rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire in half-an-hour.

The fire department said the fire erupted due to short circuit.—Staff Reporter
