KARACHI, Oct 25: Mauripur Baloch beat District East champions Karachi Kickers by 4-2 and Baloch Mujahid beat District South champions Lal Bakhsh Memorial 3-0 in the two KASB Premier League Football (PLF) matches played at the CDGK stadium on Friday.

Mauripur Baloch’s striker Adnan Sakhi scored the ongoing event’s fourth hat-trick. He was also the first one to score for the winners in the 32nd minute while beating Karachi Kickers goalkeeper Mohammad Akhtar.

But parity was restored by Karachi Kickers through their midfielder Mohammad Khan when he utilised a 30-yard free kick while completely beating goalkeeper Wajid Ali in 39th minute. The score became 2-1 in Karachi Kickers’ favour when their striker Fareed Alam converted midfielder Mohammad Amin’s through pass just two minutes later.

The rest of the goals along with the second half belonged to Mauripur Baloch. Adnan Sakhi completed his hat-trick by scoring in the 49th and 83rd minutes. The fourth goal for the winners was scored in the 85th minute by their substitute striker Rashid Ghafoor.

The second match between Baloch Mujahid and Lal Baksh Memorial saw Baloch Mujahid’s striker/captain Taj Mohammad scoring twice for his side in the first 10 minutes alone. And their third goal came just one minute before the first half whistle, through striker Mohammad Nadeem.
