5 children killed playing with bomb

WANA, Oct 23: Five children were killed and two others injured when a bomb exploded in a house in the Azam Worsk area of South Waziristan on Thursday.

According to sources at the political administration, the children of Malik Zayid Ullah Wazir were playing with the mortar shell brought by them from a nearby field. Five children died on the spot. The injured were taken to the Headquarters Hospital in Wana.—APP
