RAWALPINDI, Oct 22: An Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) will resume the hearing of the “Marriott Hotel suicide attack case” here on Thursday.

The court has sent the accused on seven-day physical remand on the last date of hearing.

The Secretariat Police have arrested Dr Mohammad Usman, Rana Ilyas Ahmed and Mohammad Hameed Afzal who were allegedly involved in the September 20 suicide attack on Marriott Hotel, Islamabad.

In conspiracy to blow up DCO/DIG offices case the Police had submitted charge sheet in the Court of Judge ATC-II Sakhi Mohammad Kahut last week and the Accountability Court will resume hearing of on Friday.

Police had arrested Khurram Ishtiaq, Mustafa and Shamim Alam from Sadiqabad, Rawalpindi along with suicide jacket and ammunition on August 24. —APP
