PESHAWAR, Oct 6: The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) has constituted a tribunal of three judges of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) for quick disposal of election appeals as regards holding of by-election for the PF-51 Haripur-III constituency.

The tribunal comprises Justice Dost Mohammad Khan, Justice Hamid Farooq Durrani and Justice Ziauddin Khan Khattak.

The tribunal will dispose of the election related appeals against the decisions of the returning officer.

The constituency had been vacated due to the tragic murder of MPA Akthar Nawaz Khan who was shot on September 10.—APP
