KARACHI, Oct 5: Chairperson of the Pakistan People’s Party (SB) Ghinwa Bhutto has said that either the present government had no idea of the present crisis or they lacked courage to resist against the nefarious designs of the US and its imperialist allies.

Speaking to the party’s office-bearers, workers and sympathisers, who had gathered at 71-Clifton to greet her for Eid, Ms Ghinwa said the imperialist powers, led by the US, had already started the ‘third world war’ against the oppressed people.

The difference between the Second World War and this war was modus operandi of aggression and its tools.

Referring to the leadership in Cuba, Venezuela and Iran, she said that in recent history of Pakistan late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had overcome the gravest challenge to the country in 1971 with the support of people.

She said it made no difference if a person got himself elected and seated in the highest office as only such a leadership could resist the US policy in the region, which enjoyed real backing and support of people.
