Shoaib Mohammad to head PIA Sports

KARACHI, Sept 24: Former Pakistan Test opener and selector Shoaib Mohammad has been appointed as the head of PIA Sports department.

Shoaib, the son of Little Master Hanif Mohammad, represented Pakistan in 45 Test matches and 63 One-day Internationals between 1983-1996. He also played for and captained PIA in domestic cricket during the ‘80s and ‘90s.

A respected figure in the cricketing circles, Shoaib has been actively involved with Pakistan cricket over the past many years since his retirement from the first class level of the game.
