KARACHI, Sept 24: The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) on Wednesday announced the results of SSC-I (class-IX) General group annual examination.

A total of 32,334 candidates appeared in the examination and 13,804 of them passed it. As many as 1,695 enrolled candidates did not take the examination.

According to the statistics, 8,240 cleared all papers and 5,432 passed three papers. The number of candidates who cleared two papers was 2,613 while that of the candidates who cleared only one paper was 1,547.

The marks sheets will be issued to the candidates after two weeks, the board said.—APP
