Tapal CC post exciting win

KARACHI, Sept 18: Hanif-ur-Rehman guided Tapal Cricket Club to a thrilling one-run victory over the KESC in the 23rd Karachi Gymkhana Twenty20 Ramazan cricket tournament at the KG Ground on Wednesday.

Hanif smashed a sparkling 40 off 18 balls with six boundaries and a six as Tapal CC, batting first, made 138 for seven in the allotted 20 overs.

In response, the KESC posted 137 all out off 20 overs, ending agonisingly close to victory. Hanif claimed three wickets for 22 and received the man-of-the-match award for his all-round show.
