President, PM condemn Delhi bomb blasts

ISLAMABAD, Sept 13: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani strongly condemned the bomb blasts in New Delhi on Saturday.

“The people and the government of Pakistan share the pain of the victims and bereaved families,” said a statement, released by the Foreign Office.

The president and the prime minister said that Pakistan condemned all terrorist acts perpetrated in any part of the world.

Acting President Dr Fehmida Mirza also condemned the bomb blasts in New Delhi.

In a message, the acting president said that terrorism is a global threat and needs a united global response. She said that terrorists have no religion and no creed, and they are simply inhuman.

She expressed sympathies with the families of the victims.—APP
