KARACHI: Rights group meets Afghan CG

KARACHI, Sept 9: The Consul-General of Afghanistan in Karachi, Abdul Ahad Khaliqyar, has assured a delegation of a human rights group that children of Dr Aafia Siddiqui would be handed over to Pakistan shortly.

He gave this assurance to the delegation of the Human Rights Network, Pakistan, in a meeting on Tuesday.

Led by former MNA Asadullah Bhutto, the delegation demanded of the consul-general to ensure immediate release of Dr Aafia’s children. —PPI
