ISLAMABAD, July 31: National Assembly speaker Dr Fehmida Mirza will lead a delegation to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association’s conference to be held in Kuala Lumpur from August 4 to 10.

The delegation will comprise MNAs Azra Fazal Pechuho, Talat Iqbal Mahesar, Nafisa Shah, Khurrum Dastagir, Kashmala Tariq and National Assembly secretary Karamat Hussain Niazi.

The theme of the conference is: “Expanding the role of parliament in global society, environment, development and security”.
