KARACHI, July 31: The Sindh government has appointed advocate Fazal Qadir Memon as a non-official member of the board of governors of law colleges.

He replaces Abdul Majeed Bhatti and will have a three-year term, according to a notification issued by the provincial law department on Thursday.
