KARACHI, July 26: Five ships carrying containers and to load cement are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Sunday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six ships, Otello Manship, Calvin P. Titus, Kota Gunawan to unload and load containers and Met Stockhorn and Johar, oil tankers were berthed on Saturday.

Six ships, Ninth Ocean, Hydndai Barom, Creek, Al-Soor-11 and Alma departed on Saturday, while Flag Investors, Kota Gunawan, Calvin P. Titus, Met Stockhorn, Lena and Otello Manship are due to sail out on Sunday.

A total tonnage of 0.122m tons comprising 26,114 tons of export cargo and 95,545 tons of import tonnage was handled on Saturday.

The following ships are due on Sunday: Bulk Arrow to load 17,000 tons of cement, Sargodha, to unload general cargo, Cosco Karachi, Jitra Bhum, and Saigon Express, with containers.

The following are due on Monday: Lucky Arrow, Adriatic Arrow, to load cement, Devi Glory, to load clinkers, Sanic, with rock phosphate, St. Irene, Sinar Bintan, Lucky Man, Hamony, and Hansa Liberty, with containers.
