LARKANA, July 24: Two brothers and a labourer were shot dead in Gajanpur here on Thursday.

Unidentified assailants shot dead 23-year-old labourer Safdar Ali Bhutto; and two brothers, 25-year-old Abdul Samad Zangejo, and 20-year-old Abdul Haq Zangejo, while they were asleep in an under-construction house.

The relatives of the deceased said that they had no enmity with anyone, however, reports from Ratodero suggest they had enmity that had forced them to migrate to Larkana.

The attackers who had sneaked into the under-construction house first fired at Abdul Haq Zangejo, who tried to escape. Later the killers opened fire at the others who died on the spot. All the three deceased were unmarried.

Abdul Samad Zangejo and Abdul Haq Zangejo were the sons of a retired revenue official, Bakhsh Ali Zangejo, while the deceased labourer was the resident of Bhutto village at the outskirts of Larkana.
