MIRPURKHAS, July 15: The Controller of Examinations, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpurkhas announced the result of the SSC Part-II (Class X) Science Group, on Tuesday.

Muhammad Sajid Khan s/o Shahid Khan of Easter Public School Mirpurkhas (Seat no: 35414) secured first position by obtaining 799 marks;

Syed Ali Haider Rizvi s/o Syed Naseem Alam Rizvi of Cadet College Sanghar (Seat no: 55377) bagged second position by securing 798 marks; and Mohammad Shoaib s/o Muhammad Akbar of the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Umerkot (Seat no: 47439) obtained third position by securing 794 marks.

He said out of the total 20,230 male and female candidates, some 18,099 had been declared pass.

He said 2,293 secured A-I grade; 4,933 A-grade, 6,081 Grade-B, 4,001 Grade-C, 789 Grade-D and only two fell in Grade-E. He said 42 cheating cases were handed over to concerned committee for action.

Among girls, Iqra Mehboob d/o Mehboob Baig Mughal of Memon Academy Shahdadpur (Seat no: 60714) obtained first position by getting 791 marks, Nimrah Ahmed d/o Rafique Ahmed of St. Michael Convent Higher Secondary School Mirpurkhas (Seat no: 36999) got second position by securing 788 marks and third position went to Hema d/o Madhual Lohana of St. Michael Convent Higher Secondary School Mirpurkhas (Seat no: 36971) who got 786 marks.—Correspondent
