T20 tourney postponed

LAHORE, July 11: The fourth national Twenty-20 cricket tournament which was scheduled to be held from Aug 1 has been postponed once again till October.

“The exact date of the tournament will be announced in due course of time”, a PCB spokesman said. Earlier, the tournament had been postponed twice, due to the IPL.

The first was played in Lahore while the next two were played at Karachi.

It is one of the major domestic cricket tournaments organized by PCB to promote cricket in Pakistan.—Sports Reporter
