Woman loses kids in her suicide bid

DERA GHAZI KHAN, July 10: Two infants drowned in the Indus on Thursday while their mother who attempted suicide by jumping into the river was rescued in Darhama police precincts.

Reports said Naseem, a resident of Faridabad Colony, carrying her minor daughters – Ayesha and Sara -- jumped into Indus river at Ghazi Ghat bridge. Naseem was rescued while bodies of infants could not be recovered till the filing of the report.
