HBL funds declare payouts

KARACHI, July 10: The board of directors of HBL Asset Management Limited has declared final dividends for its three funds for the year ended June 30, 2008, says a press release.

For HBL Income Fund, the board approved a final dividend of Rs2.40 per unit in the form of bonus units for class “A” and “B” units and cash dividend of Rs2.40 per unit for class “C”.It declared a dividend of Rs5.85 per unit in the form of bonus units for class “A” and “B” units and cash dividend of Rs5.85 per unit for class “C” for HBL Stock Fund. For HBL Multi Asset Fund, a dividend of Rs4 per unit in the form of bonus units for class “A” and “B” units and cash dividend of Rs4 per unit for class “C” was approved.

NAFA

National Fullerton Asset Management (NAFA) Limited has announced a final distribution on its funds for the year ended June 30, 2008. The final payouts for these funds, as a percentage of the opening net asset value, as of July 1, 2007, are as follows: NAFA Cash Fund, 7.34pc; NAFA Stock Fund, 2.5pc, NAFA Multi Asset Fund, 3.75pc; NAFA Islamic Income Fund, 2.6pc, NAFA Income Fund, 2.1pc, says a press release.
