Old enmity claims two lives

TAXILA, July 4: Two persons were shot dead while three others received bullet wounds when two groups exchanged fire over some old enmity here in village Brhama in jurisdiction of Wah Cantonment Police Station on Friday.

According to police sources, Hazrat Shah was waiting for bus at bus stop when Amir came there. Both exchanged hot words and later Amir came there along with Taj and Rustam and opened indiscriminate firing on Hazrat Shah, his two sons Ali Raza Shah and Syed Imran Shah and Rasool Shah bother of Hazrat Shah. All of them were rushed to POF hospital where the brothers Ali Raza Shah and Syed Imran Shah died of injuries while other three persons were admitted to hospital in critical condition. Later the bodies were shifted to THQ hospital Taxila for autopsy. Wah Cantt Police registered a case against the accused Amir, Taj and Rustam and started further investigations.

The reason of this brutality is stated to be some old enmity developed over children fight with each other, a few years ago.
