KARACHI, June 27: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is to observe 2008-09 as ‘Customer Care Year’.

This was stated by PTCL senior executive vice-president Dr. Sadik Al Jadir, while speaking at a road-show for the PTCL staff. He advised the staff to adopt a customer-friendly attitude to make the year a great success, says a press release.
