LAHORE, June 20: A jobless youth attempted to commit suicide outside Nawaz Sharif’s Raiwind residence on Friday.
Shahbaz, 22, of Sanghar came to Jati Umra and crossed the security barrier. The guards got hold of him when he sprinkled petrol and was about to torch himself. He was taken to Jinnah Hospital as he had consumed a small quantity of petrol.—Staff Reporter
