MANSEHRA, June 17: A book exhibition was launched at the Hazara University’s garden campus here on Tuesday, which was inaugurated by Prof Dr Ihsan Ali, vice-chancellor of the varsity.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, he highlighted the importance of books and said that books had been the treasure house of human experience over the ages.

“The universities are appropriate places to make the best use of recorded human experience in books,” he added. He advised the heads of departments and librarians to sift all the relevant books on the latest research and scientific discoveries for the interest of the students and researchers during the exhibition. —Correspondent
