KARACHI, June 17: Six ships carrying containers and to load ethanol and molasses are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources.

Four ships, Bilda to load cement, Kota Gunawan to unload and load containers, Robin and Merbabu, both tankers, were accommodated berths after the departure of six vessels.

The departing ships were led by Jitra Bhum, Oel Mumbai, Sima Pride, Xoh Pack, Johar and Ataqa, while Merbabu, Kety-2 and Banglar Mamata are due to sail out on Wednesday.

A total tonnage of 71,394 tons comprising 27,558 tons of export and 43,836 tons of import tonnage was handled on Tuesday.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Lalazar with crude oil, Skychemi to load ethanol, Punica to load molasses, Orient Stride, APL Pusan and Casv Lonquimay with containers.
