ISLAMABAD, June 5: A spokesman for Sindh House on Thursday clarified a news report which appeared in Dawn on Wednesday, saying that MNA Faryal Talpur “never stayed in Sindh House and, in fact, was lodging with her sister in the course of shifting into her own house in the capital”.

Through an official handout, the spokesman denied that Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah “was told to stay away from his annexe in Sindh House because Faryal Talpur was staying in the premises”.

Subsequently, another handout issued by the CM Secretariat in Karachi also declared that “neither the chief minister, Sindh, vacated the annexe nor MNA Faryal Talpur came there to stay in the annexe of the Sindh House”.
